thanx! i started just by cutting back my portions in 2010, then i slowly eliminated junk foods (i still slip sometimes though), soda, carbs, etc....i never stepped foot in a gym the entire first year...all i did was walked laps around a nearby park. then after the first year i seen i really needed to start toning, so i began going to the gym and i kida just do my own thing. i learn from watching the seasoned people in the gym, lol. i'm at a standstill as of late, so i just purchased insanity and will be starting that soon. this will be the first actual program for me. hopefully i can hang with it.....currently i work out 4-5 days a week, for about 3 hours a day...i do about 1-2 hrs cardio and 1hr weights..(estimate)......thanx again, glad i can inspire,...if i can do this, trust me..anybody can0 -
