Hi Everyone,
My name is Isabel, I decided to start losing weight about 2 years ago. I had lost 50 lbs but somehow managed gaining 30 of it back, I guess its my lack of motivation and will power or my love of sweets. I have started trying to lose weight again on Friday, my doctor has told me that a healthy weight for me would be 130-140. I am currently 254 lbs which means I have over 100lbs to lose. I need as much support as I can get. If there are any woman on here who are in the same boat as me. Please feel free to add me.

I am in the exact same boat as you! With so many delicious snacks and sweets out there, my weight ballooned out of control in the last 10 years.
Decided that enough is enough and I won't let my weight win, that I'm the boss and not my cravings! We can do this!0
