    Hi!
    We have the exact same height and UGW! My starting weight is 174lbs in november 2011 and now i weight 118lbs. 3 more lbs to go, but i have been stuck here for more than 2 months. I decided to just tone my body. I'm going to start 30 days shred soon, i hope i can survive that and hopefully lose that stubborn stomach pooch..
