    Week ending 5/8/12: 11 miles (2 run / 6 bike / 3 walk)

    Week ending 12/08/12: 41 miles (5 run / 2 swim / 23 bike / 11 walk) = 52 Miles so far

    I use Endomondo to track my mileage by GPS, which is awesome since I do all my cardio outside (no treadmills and such).

    First week of August-18 walking miles 1 hour of tennis

    I need new shoes in a bad way, so I'm walking to Sports Authority tomorrow. It's about a 7.5 mile round trip, which will get me almost back on pace for 100 miles this month. I'll definitely get there with the new feets wear. ;)

    Got my new shoes today, and put 4 miles on them. Plus 3.75 on my old shoes, which puts me at 26 miles for the month so far. That's on pace for 100.75 miles. :)

    How's it going OP? Still keeping up your pace?

    Through the 11th, I'm at 39.4 (all walking).

    On pace for 111.

    I am IN!

    As of August 1st I have walked 21.08 Miles :)

    This past week, 20.38. TOTAL = 41.46!

    This week:
    Saturday - 9 miles running
    Sunday - 43 mile bike ride
    Monday - 5 miles running
    Tuesday - 20 mile mike ride
    Wednesday - 5 miles running (5K as a race!)

    = 82 miles

    Tonight should be about 16 miles cycling and 3 miles running
    Friday will be about a mile of swimming... I'm going to need a bigger challenge...

    I think the road cycling makes this kind of easy - I typically run 25 - 30 miles a week when I'm Marathon training

    Tuesday - 20 mile mike ride
    Wednesday - 5 miles running (5K as a race!)

    = 82 miles

    Hey - this time a year and a half ago I would have been proud of 100 miles of cycling in a month! Just saying - I might be better off targeting exercise cals than miles given my current sports mix.
