This is my progress from July 10th until today. Am I just imagining it or is there a difference??

I feel stronger, and feel so much fitter. Only down about 3 lbs since July 10th though

    There's a big difference!! Congrats especially for a 3lbs loss, you look as though you have lost lots more. What exercises are you doing?

    I have been doing 30DS for the last 20 days with about 15-25 on the stationary bike (light to moderate effort) and am at about 1200-1400 calories a day. Before that I was doing light weights and jogging.

    Just started low carb on sunday and am hoping to continue to see results.

    Not that small! last I measured it was 29" in the beginning of level 2. lol :smile:

    cant find my measuring tape now though!
