I haven't seen this yet so I thought we could use a thread to share successes in reducing our body fat percentage.
My small success is that on Day 11 of the 30 Day Shred, I lost 13.5" and 5.5 lbs in total.. 4" was off my waist alone, going from 38" to 34". I finished Day 12 today. EDIT*: My Body Fat Percentage went from 40.7% to 36.1

Five years ago, I was 30% body fat. A year ago, I was 25% body fat. Today, I'm 19%.
Great idea for a thread!0 -
Great idea. Can everyone let us know what you did? My BF was 30% about 6 weeks ago. I want to get to low-mid 20%.0

            Wow phenomenal job guys!
I've been doing the 30 Day Shred which is kind of like Circuit Training but in a sense a little bit of High Intensity Interval Training. I've also been walking here and there, sometimes doing Level 1 and 2 of the 30 Day Shred for a better burn.0 -

That's great, what was your starting BF%? I haven't exactly picked a # but I'd like to become in the Healthy range again, around 25%0 -

I have no boobs, so I've got a bit of a number skew here. I measured in at 7.5% today with ultrasound testing. That a half percent lower than 5 weeks ago and an estimated 4.5% less than about 6 months ago.0
