Ham - Please help?

How many slices of ham equals 100 grams of smoked ham? It's by Country Naturals, gluten free. The facts says for 45 grams but that sounds so small. So I put 2 servings which made it 100. I usually have two moderately thin slices or three. I don't have a scale. If I did, I wouldn't be asking for some help. Lol Any ideas? And it's not cups, I'm slicing it.

A "slice" isn't a standard unit of measure.0

A piece of chicken about the size of a deck of cards is 4oz. So, I have to assume it's close to the same for ham. I know that doesn't directly answer your question, but there really isn't an answer for your question.0
