So I just counted and there are exactly 19 weeks until Christmas! Who wants to be 20lbs lighter then? I do!
If anyone wants to join me please do! Even if your goal is more or less by xmas Weekly check ins Tuesday morning?

I want to be at least 20.2 pounds lighter by Christmas. And the time frame is realistic.

Goal weight. : 173.8
Fitness goals : 5 workouts/wk

The day after Christmas is my 40th birthday! What a great gift for myself! My goal is actually 15 lbs. but I am happy to aim for 20!
I agree about makng this a group. Then we can post and chek in daily.

This was actually my exact goal.
My starting weight was 132.2 as of August 8/11/12 and my meaurements were:
-Neck : 13.5
-Waist : 31.0
-Hips : 35.0
-Thighs : 22.5
-Arms : 11.0
I would like to be around 110 pounds (or even 105 if possible). Since I am short, every pound counts! Feel free to add me.0 -
