I LOVE it when people take the time to notice the little things, even if it's not a little thing to you, it means so much that they notice and remember.

I'm hoping to get more of these compliments soon.

    Awesome job btw

That was terrific and I loved how you told the story. It should keep you "walking on air" for the next week or so.

Tell me, did you ever remember their names? If not, just start calling them NSV1 and NSV2. Sorta of like Thing One and Thing Two from Dr. Seuss.

Its a shame that more people don't take the time to stop and compliment people for the good they do. I hope you wont hesitate to stop and chat with your neighbor going forward. I think he earned a "hello, how are you doing?" every time you see him from now on. :-)

It was so nice of your neighbor to let you know that they noticed all of your hard work paying off!!!

And congratulations on your loss, I bet it feels even better now!

That's awesome! Keep up the great work! 50 pounds is a lot to be VERY proud of. I live in a neighborhood made up mostly older people and i walk every morning! Its amazing to me how many of them notice my progress even when i can't or refuse to! I am only at 35 pounds lost in 3 months. Its kinda funny when a few of the neighbors don't see me for a few days, they will get on me and ask where have I been. Of course, my response is always, well you missed me cuz I went early!
