new beginning

I am overweight and very unhealthy at this point in my life. Willpower a big problem for me. It is hard for me to journal or track food, calories etc. so I am hoping this will help. A friend suggested I try this site so here goes!

    This site helps a lot! Think about it as one meal at a time, one day at a time, one week, whatever works for you! Add friends and you will be so motivated when you see what they are doing!
