    Yes, wow! You certainly had been thru alot healthwise and could have used any one of them for an excuse, as so many people do. I myself am insulin resistant, hypothyroid and menopausal...and continue to push thru. Difficult to be sure. Impossible? You've proven that it isn't. You look amazing and should be proud of all your hard work. Thank you for inspiring me today :smile:
