Sugar from friut

I tend to eat 3 or 4 portions of fruit a day (usually a mix of apples, plums bananas and berries). This has proved really useful because instead of reaching for a chocolate bar or some crisps I now just naturally reach for some fruit. Obviously this has slashed my calorie content and helped me start to lose weight. However my sugar intake is always over my recommended amount. So far I have ignored those annoying little red numbers due to them being natural sugars and better than what I was eating, should I be concerned?
