Is it good to go over your target for fiber?

I usually go over my target for fiber and it's been working for me so far.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I don't know what the scientific answer is.0

Yes, it is. 20-25 g is the minimum recommended fiber, not the maximum. That's the latest recommendation I've read. I think MFP sets it lower for some people, but I change my to 20.0

The more fiber the better. I mainly keep an eye on the calories and sodium.0

Everything I've ever read or heard is that fiber makes you full and keeps things...achem...flowing properly. I think it's okay to go over here--it's the carbs and fats you need to be concerned with.0
