      Ok, I'm starting late, but I know exactly how I've done this month:

      Normal:14.5
      Binge: 1.5 (got pretty hammered on 8/3)

      My hangover day was not really a binge, but it was unhealthy. No exercise, and I ate probably less than 1000 calories (I didn't track that day, so I'm not sure).

      I'm setting myself a challenge - next 7 days are going to be binge free.
