I just ate two mini Babybel cheeses for my "morning" snack - I've had to push all of my times back today because of when I ate breakfast and the hours I'm at work. I had one light one and one Cheddar because they're delicious. I love cheese. Oh my goodness.0

Just finished lunch. A spinach salad with tomatoes, pea shoots, cukes, chicken breast and broccoli with less oil italian vinagrette. A cup of blueberries, 0.75 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese and 18 raw almonds. My go to work lunch.0
