Do you find the estimated activity cals on MFP are higher than is accurate?

    I have found what it says on MFP if I put in 30 mins on the elliptical is higher than what my elliptical says.

    Yes. I never go off of MFP. I have a heart rate monitor with a chest strap to determine my calorie burn.
