For lunch goulash and a piece of homemade bread, For dinner my boyfriend just informed me he is going to make home made tomato soup ( tomato's from our garden) and turkey sandwiches (with leftover turkey from the turkey breast we cooked last night)

A whole wheat tortilla topped with mozzarella, turkey pepporoni, green olives then toasted and a side salad of lettuce, cucumbers/onions marinated in vinegar and stevia, fresh beets, cherry tomatoes and topped with cottage cheese for dressing. Yum!0
