I'm wondering what other people have found to be low in calories yet filling at the same time

Hello!! I like things high in protein, they keep me satisfied longer. Like overnight oatmeal, or greek yogurt with berries on a waffle. I am a snacker so I eat low calorie popcorn on and off to help me not pick at other stuff. Protein shake is always good to keep me going and sometimes I have it with non fat milk if I am real hungry, I also put a bit of sugarless chocolate syrup in it. Try to eat protein with each meal and eat protein first.0
