www.emilybites.com has several "muffin" recipes. I had the lasagne muffins on Thanksgiving. She includes MFP nutrition info as well as Weight Watchers points. I'm not on Weight Watchers, but thought it was great for people who are. Seriously check out her site, it's awesome!0
