Quick question my neightbor is letting me use their weight machine and I haven't lifted weights in a long time how should I start out? pounds, reps, sets, for how long? Need answer in next 5 minutes

my trainer gets me to do 2 sets of 15, and on the last one, hold it for 10 seconds...and she always says lift as much as you can. your last one, should be your LAST one. if it isn't a bit of a struggle, it's not enough!0 -
