Any "Last Stubborn 10-15 pounders" out there?

I've got to the point where I am trying to lose the last 10lbs to my goal weight, but I am stuck!!
Anyone else in the same boat?
Does anyone have any advice on how to get past this?

  • I'm there too. What I'm going to do is eat cleaner (minimize the processed foods, i.e., cook more), do some additional cardio after I do my weight training and increase the amount of weight that I lift- push myself a bit more. If this doesn't work....... but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

    Yep,,, been 10 pounds above my original "goal" for a while.

    Not really that worried about it. I look good, I feel good, I'm having no problem maintaining this weight without too much effort. Still trying to get my 30 minutes of cardio most days, getting the weight training in a couple times a week. It is what it is,,, I can see my abs and I feel great, so I'm happy.

    I plan to cardio up and work it a little harder once the weather breaks and see if I can get 199 on the scale, just once. :smile:

    Don't be too discouraged, you're an encouragement to some of us just getting started. From my perspective I will be so thrilled to be that close to my goal. Of course, by the time I'm there I will probably be frustrated about it as well! HA!

    So I just want to remind you of the incredible journey you've made and the accomplishment is encouraging!
