Snack staples

Hey pals,

I need some snack advice. I am a creature of habit and am looking for 200 calorie mini meals that I can eat just about everyday. I eat four 200 cal meals, and one larger meal around 400-600 cals. I figured out some snacks that I feel will satisfy me and not get boring, but I want some input whether they are the best choices for my weight loss journey.     a scoop of gaspari myofusion and some almonds... soo delicious

    or for post-workout a scoop of myofusion with 3 rice cakes
