100 side lat raises DONE with 3 lb weights (tried the 5 lb weights for the first 10...and knew I would not finish). The video was grrreat THANKS!...I *really* want to do these exercises CORRECTLY! Will keep this challenge personally...I want nice looking arms and UPPER Body STRENGTH!! :bigsmile:0 -

150 lunges - no weight
100 Side lats - while dinner was cooking, used "Dole Tropical Fruit" cans for weights. LOL0 -
100 Side lats - I did squats yesterday, so only did 50 lunges.0

Done. Did some with weights on both arms. And some without cause of my bum shoulder but got them all in. Passed on the lunges0

100 side lats, divided in 3 with a 5 pounder in each hand (30 / 35 / 35). In between sets , while resting my shoulders, I did 25 leg raises and 25 heel touches for a total of 50 each for them.

I did the 100 side lats with a ten pound weight. I skipped out on the lunges today though, my hamstring couldn't handle it. Can't wait for tomorrow's challenge!0
