    I did the side lats and lunges. After squats yesterday not sure if i will b walking tomorrow! LOL!

    Done. Did some with weights on both arms. And some without cause of my bum shoulder but got them all in. Passed on the lunges

    100 side lats, divided in 3 with a 5 pounder in each hand (30 / 35 / 35). In between sets , while resting my shoulders, I did 25 leg raises and 25 heel touches for a total of 50 each for them.

    I did the 100 side lats with a ten pound weight. I skipped out on the lunges today though, my hamstring couldn't handle it. Can't wait for tomorrow's challenge!

    I've missed the last week and a half of challenges, but I am back! Doing these with 5 pound weights because that's all I have here at home.
