So I haven't been on here in quite a while because I've been pregnant or trying to become pregnant, but we welcomed out little guy on December 10th, so I desperately need to start tracking my food again and become healthier! I got to 300 pounds in this pregnancy (YIKES!), so I really really need this right now. I want to be healthy for my kids, and for myself.

I had a few questions though: I am breastfeeding right now, and want to adjust my calorie intake for that. Right now I have it on "Lose 1/2 pound a week", but am wondering if I should just go ahead and go with maintain. If there are any breastfeeding mamas on here that have any advice, that would be great. I'm really not trying to crash diet or anything, because I know I need the calories to make enough milk for our munchkin, but any input on the subject would be great. I'm more trying, at this point, to just track my exercise and be held accountable for what types of things I'm eating, not necessarily the calorie count so much.

So anyway, I'm glad to be back!
