Got around 50 to go, but I'm loving the path that I'm on. I eat clean, and workout hard. Thanks to myfitnesspal and the HodgeTwins (youtube channel). If I can do it, you can do it too.

Not exactly sure really. I did a caloric deficit and I zig zagged my calories. That plus running most mornings and weight training 3/4 times a week. 5 times the first two months. No soda, no juice. Fish oil pills. Thats about it.0 -

That is very very true. Women's body not only require less calories than men so its harder to create a caloric deficit, but your body holds onto more food. It's tough I know, but keep pushing.0 -
