When I was logging my food the other day, I noticed what my top 3 "most used" foods were and thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else's is. Please post. Mine are:
1. Mayfield 1% Nutrish milk
2. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3. Whole egg
It depends on which meal. When I look at my Breakfast and (all 3) Snacks, the 3 Most Used are:
Coffee
Cream
Equal
Lunch Most Used:
Greek Vinaigrette
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Dinner Most Used:
Cucumbers
Can of Coke
Feta Cheese0 -
Diet coke
Fage 0% fat Greek Yogurt
Instant coffee with skimmed milk
Thankfully the yogurt saves my top 3 from being a total disaster0 -
