    When I was logging my food the other day, I noticed what my top 3 "most used" foods were and thought it would be interesting to see what everyone else's is. Please post. Mine are:

    1. Mayfield 1% Nutrish milk
    2. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    3. Whole egg


    It depends on which meal. When I look at my Breakfast and (all 3) Snacks, the 3 Most Used are:
    Coffee
    Cream
    Equal

    Lunch Most Used:
    Greek Vinaigrette
    Cucumbers
    Tomatoes

    Dinner Most Used:
    Cucumbers
    Can of Coke
    Feta Cheese

    Eww! Kashi anything should be in there somewhere too. Diet Coke would be there, but I don't log it. Alcohol should be too, but I drink a variety.
