So any tips on best way to get rid of that horrible pouch?? and love handles? why are they even called that i DO NOT love them lol x( no sarcastic comments in answer to that please) x

    You can't spot reduce. Just continue to eat healthy and move your body and as your body fat decreases your love handles/muffin top will also minimize.

    Cardio. No carbs after lunch. Drink water before every meal. It's ok to go to bed a little hungry as long as you've eaten veggies and lean protein for dinner. And the hardest for me. Eat only until you're satisfied.. not full.

    I dropped the amount of pasta/bread I was consuming and have lost the "thickness" through my waist...
    But yes, tonnes of cardio mainly helps.

    I've heard that abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym :) I have less than 10 lbs to go and this is definitely true for me. I'm eating as healthy as I can. I mix cardio and strength training as well, but it really is mostly diet.
