INTRO AND HELLO!

I am a new member here. I am a stay at home mom with 6 kids. I have "those last 10 pounds"...that I would really like to get rid of forever. I already do a good job of exercising. I am pretty faithful about working out 5 days a week. To lose those 10 pounds means I have to restrict my calories...and that is just plain hard for me. I am hoping that by tracking I will have a more accountability. Would love to "partner up with someone in order to have some motivation.

    Hi there! I just joined recently too and to be honest, it seems to help tracking everything you eat. It has made me aware of all the "junk" i was snacking on!! I'd like to lose at least 15 but I am having a hard time losing it too. We can do this!!!!
