    I'm sorry about the different angles on the after pics lol. I didn't lose much weight, I think I actually gained some. Lost like 3 inches on my waist and that's basically it.

    Going for a 2nd round of Insanity now, hoping for better results. Gotta get my eating under control though. I crave sweets too much lol.

      I see a big difference around your waist and your shoulders aren't as rounded either. GREAT JOB!!!! 3 inches is huge!

      Your waist is definitely smaller. Diet is 80% of the game....get that in control and the fat will melt off as hard as you're working.

      There is a noticeable difference! You look thinner around the waist; on the side profile, both your face and upper arm are smaller. Keep up the good work, it shows! :flowerforyou:
