I don't understand the internet! Why do people troll through the boards reading hilarious comments people make regarding the everyday monotony that is MFP just looking for something to complain abouT? How many posts do we need whining about how people are mean? If you don't understand the simple concept that this is an internet website where people come EVERY DAY in order to better their lives, and as part of that they commune and use humor to fill time and bond with others also going through life changes, then boooo to you. If it hurts your little feelers that sometimes frustration gets let out on people who, instead of searching the boards to see if 'can I spot reduce?' or 'should I eat my exercise calories back?' has been answered previously they throw it out there for the masses, then boof'nhoooo to you! Please move on with your lives and let us who enjoy the fun of this site, as well as the information that can be found. Also, if you can't see the irony in posting a rant about how others post rants, then get butt-hurt when people jump on you.....get a helmet.

    The internet is the internet is the internet. Some sites attract more loonies than others.

    I've been looking at a few others to track my foods. I may just stay and make everything private and get rid of my friends. I get messages from people telling me how to change my diet and assuming I'm starving myself. So tired of defending myself and don't really feel like explaining all my health issues to everyone.

    I was looking for a site based on health more than dieting. Not sure if this is working out for me. There really isn't a lot of info on here other than links people post in the forum. It's kind of like getting news from a facebook feed, mostly just slanted opinions without facts.

    I will say though that I think the comment section in yahoo news is the worst I've ever seen. Pure hate no matter what the topic.

    So I guess the internet is the internet and people are people.
