I just picked up a ready made Musroom and Spinach Pizza from Whole Foods - made fresh today so not frozen but there is no nutritional guide - any ideas where to find it? Size large.

Pizza is one of the hardest foods to determine calories. I typically just use a standard hand tossed cheese slice and then add calories for whatever vegetables I add, depending on the number of slices. The vegetables are probably quit negligible.
  • Here's what i found for nutrition info on a Whole Food Pizza Margherita, which is essentiall cheese and tomato. Just add some cals for the spinach and mushrooms and you are probably really close.
