So, because of an injury on my chin, I can't really move it to chew food like normal, so I'm stuck with mushy food. I've already made veggie and fruit shakes, eaten yogurt, porridge and other soft food, but I'm lacking in protein and nutrients still. Any help?

You can make chicken and veg soup and then put it through the blender? I hate lumps in my soup, so I blend it anyway....

Tofu! There's all sorts of recipes out there to add silken tofu to smoothies, you won't even taste it. You can mix some spinach in too.
  • Thanks, I like the soup and tofu idea. ^-^

Protein help: switch to greek yogurt, get some unflavored whey protein powder and add it to everything.

Peanut butter? =) Try to add protein powder to some of the stuff you can eat.
  • I'm already eating greek yogurt, but I'll definitely look into protein powder. ^-^
