    Nice work, but I am surprised you are not even more cut/bigger after a nine month recomp.

    If you want to provide some more details, I can help you try to diagnose where you could improve.

    Everyone is different, but I would expect your current gains after maybe 4 weeks of recomp. After 9 months you should either be cut, have more size, or ideally both.

    Not trying to be negative in any way, just want to help you maximize efficiency if I can.

    Yes, don't do drugs and stick to what you like and suits you the best. Repeat Daily. :)
