It is really hard for me to not binge eat like a banchee the days leading up to my menstrual cycle. Should I up my caloric intake? What do you ladies do? I feel like I'm eating for three!

    Make sure you up your water intake as well since you are likely to retain more sodium....but I would probably eat more smaller meals/snacks throughout so that I wouldn't really be going "overboard" on my calories but still making sure that I am "full"...hope this helps...

    Just dont give into the cravings. I know it's hard. I know you want to. But you don't HAVE to.
