I am not pregnant yet, but my husband and I are trying and I am starting P90X on Monday. Has anyone done P90X while pregnant? And if not, why did you stop?

I do it a couple times a week (and do my own cardio) and want to keep it up so that I can keep doing it in a future pregnancy in the next several months. I can see myself easing back toward the end of a pregnancy and not continuing with Plyo once my belly becomes bigger. But everything else would be great to continue doing, if you were doing it regularly before becoming pregnant. HTH.0

Honestly, I would stay away from it. I mean the cardio you can get is AMAZING and blood-rush is good for the baby. But they way they ask you to move your body can do more harm than good for your baby. Even low-impact yoga warns against doing some of the moves because of the harm it can cause. Of course, no matter what you do, I strongly, strongly, strongly suggest you talk to you doctor before hand .0
