So is the Daily Calorie Goal set for us the amount that we're not to exceed goal in order for us to maintain our weight or to lose weight?
This question was posed to me during my gym and workout revaluation. I couldn't answer it.
Anyone know?

It should be lose weight. In the beginning it should have asked you if you're looking to maintain or lose.0

Did you put maintain, lose 1 pound or 2 pounds? Its what ever you set it up as. If you set it up to lose then if you eat with in those calories you should lose.0

Depends on whether you have your goals set to maintain or lose. When you first set up your profile it asks you.0

On the computer, you can change your preference by pressing the "Goals" tab under the "MY HOME" tab. You can opt to lose, maintain, or even gain weight.0
