Body Beast....Do you know anything about it?

Ok Insanity is over and I'm running now for cardio and need weights. I love Insanity upperbody weight lifting so now I'm looking into Body Beast also by Beachbody. Have you done it? Are you doing it? Do you know anything good or bad about it? Thanks

I purchased a utitlity bench last night. My bench press bench just isnt sturdy enough for all exersizes. I already have a room of dumbells. I could use some 50lb and 60lb dumbells. I may get them this weekend. I'll start this program in the next few days. I wont do it religiously the way I did Insanity but it should be a good tool to get into some serious weight lifting. Any program names "Body Beast" cant be to bad.

If it has been 10 years you are probably back to beginner status that can make linear gains on a normal beginner routine.
