    As long as they are pink and weigh no more than 2lbs you're ok.

    I usually don't do anything over 10lbs. I don't like the bulky look.
    ...also make sure it's only high reps. 10-15 reps. even with light weights, if you stay within 4-8 reps...you'll bulk up bad.

    Sooo when you are using a set of dumbells, how do you know which one is for the right arm and which is for the left? I tried finding an "R" & "L" but they don't seem to be marked.

    Silly girl... Women shouldn't lift weights, it will cause them to "bulk up" -- stick to cardio girl!!
