So, lately I've been getting rather sleepy during my relaxation time. I almost feel like I can take a nap anytime I sit down for more than 15 minutes.
I've been eating plenty (2500-3000 cals a day) and getting 6-8 hours of sleep most nights. A few nights I may only get 4 (quick turnaound days at work), but, I feel pretty fresh and ready to go when I wake up. I'm good to go after doing one warm up set or a few minutes of walking on a treadmill. I just feel tired when I'm relaxing.
I guess I feel like I should just have more energy. Anyone else go through this?

Everybody does. That's completely natural and moving from heat to cool will change how you feel too.0 -
