    i did it. alternated large and mini at my desk at work. gonna feel it tomorrow.

    I"M DONE!!! I did 100 forward (small and large combined) and 100 backward (small and large combined). Ouchie - didn't think those would hurt, but owwwiee - my shoulders were cracking worse than water in hot grease!

    I got my 200 done! that wasn't bad until the last 100 when my shoulders caught fire lol Got to LOVE the burn :devil:

    HA! I did it! A little harder that I thought it would be, tho. I did 100 (mixed front and back) with 1 lb weights, and 100 (mixed front and back) no weight. Whew! Tomorrow's exercise for me will be helping my daughter move. That a lot of lifting and walking up and down 3 flights of stairs. Not sure how I will log that!

    Ok, question. How do we log this in our exercise log? It doesn't come up in the data base under cardio or strength (I considered it both!) and I don't know how many calories burned it would account for to create it. Help?

    I have a new found respect for arm circles. I didn't use any weights so I did 250 but I have to break them up into 75 at a time cause my arms got tired. thanks for the mini challenge!

    Done with 'em now.

    Did sets of 25 varying from small forward circles, small backward circles, large forward circles, large backward circles.

    And yes, the last 50 WERE killer!
