    Done! 2-lb weight in each hand, did it with my HRM. Burned 20 calories in 4 minutes. Not much but still lots of fun!

    Done, thanks for the challenge. I did 75 forward, 75 backwards and 50 to the front. I mixed small to large circles.

    i am absoltely in!!! i hav 4 hrs left so 50 evry hr doesnt sond too bad. might even suprise my self and do more. hope you keep posting more things like this. it helps me to stay motvated and keeps me ealthy while havin fun!

    Done. Did 220 with variety of small, medium, large; both forward & backward; out to the side & in front.

    Done. Those were harder than I thought they'd be! Did 50 small forwards and 50 small backwards this morning. Then 50 large forwards and 50 large backwards this evening. Thank for the challenge. I wouldn't have done that on my own without it!
