Headaches!!!!!

I have an issue with getting headaches a lot. It gets in the way of me working out, because all working out does is make my headache worse. What should i do? Any suggestions?
I don't want not working out to get in the way of me losing weight.

    identifying the cause of the headaches is the first step. I have chronic headaches, and nothing seems to help except a ton of ibuprofen. On the flip side, taking those OTC drugs can cause headaches if you stop taking them after a long period of use.

    Edit: and I've lost 17 pounds before, without any exercise at all. If the headaches truly prevent you from working out, you can still lose weight

    Try to figure out what triggers them. Spend some time researching headache triggers. Turns out beans are one of mine so I just avoid them. There was a good post earlier about a nutrient diet for headaches. its not normal for the body to be in pain everyday, its a signal that something is wrong.
