    Congradulations on your succes, its amazing on how you changed your figure and selfesteem. I myself have struggled with weight my entire life but im at my heaviest now. I lost 35 lbs in march and gained 10 lbs last month, so I just started dieting and walking I can't really jog until I get low the 200 lbs. I'm 217 and my goal weight is 135 or 145 I know I can do it I'm just lazy. But I need to do this for me, my marriage is going down the drain, I need to feel loved again but most important loved by me. Congradulations on your succes you look beautiful.
