So yes I'm currently in college with no job so money is really really tight. I don't want to use this an excuse to not lose weight so any suggestions in recipes for breakfast, lunch, && dinner...Thank

Breakfast: Oatmeal (yummy, versatile, cheap and filling)
Lunch: Sandwiches with veggie sticks and dip (whole wheat bread, some turkey and cheese, add some carrots, celery, bell peppers and a dip made from yogurt, sour cream or homemade hummus)
Dinner: Rice and Beans, Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce and chicken or tuna, soups are always good and filling.0 -
i was curious about the oatmeal...i have the instant kind...is that still healthy?0

Yes, that's just as healthy as long as you don't get the flavored kinds which have a lot of sugar.
I get the big containers or buy in bulk and then add my own toppings: unsweetened applesauce, cinnamon, raisins, cranberries, nuts, berries, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, maple syrup... it never gets boring0
