I started at 290, and I am now down to 260... it was work for the first couple of weeks to a month, but now I have found that I actually like working out and logging calories. It helps me to see some type of results from my days work when it tells me how much I will weigh if I keep it up!! You are more than welcome to friend request me, I will do my best to encourage you!!

I started out at 310 in April 2011. I am now 264ish. I joined MFP this past week and have already lost 6 pounds. This was after a looooong plateau (over 6 months) of losing NOTHING and a recent gain over the past couple months of gaining about 10 pounds. My first goal on here is 195....just to get out of those darn 200s.....but eventually I would like to see the 160s or 170s again.

Started at 370 back in December. Got down to 340 by May but June and July were horrible months for me and I'm currently at 346. (-2lbs this week). Anyone can feel free to add me.

I was 365 5 months ago and am 313 now. I have been on MFP for about 7 weeks and find it a great tool. The first 3 months were just about guessing and cutting out anything that sounded good! LOL I have a long way to go, but plan on getting there in a reasonable amount of time. I know a lot of people have told me I can hit my goal (140) in a year with the right diet and exercise: but I plan to eat responsibly and add the exercise as I feel more fit and able. My motto is it took me 25 years to gain all this - so if it takes me 2 years to lose it I am doing tremendously well. Feel free to friend me.
