    If you're saying that none of these guys have awesome personalities...I will be the first to tell you how wrong you are. The list of incredible dads, devoted husbands...and overall great guys in this thread alone is amazing. The fact that they've busted their *kitten* to reach personal fitness goals just adds to how great their personalities are.

    Or have dedication and focus now gone out of style as well?

    I was not reffering to their motivation and working out. Theres other parts of a personality

    even though abs are completely overrated and stupid, it's all most girls care about :bigsmile: they will vehemently deny it, but then continually vote for the guys with abs, regardless of the rest of his body. skinny, jacked, ugly....doesnt matter.

    I disagree. I prefer a broad back & shoulders over abs, ANY DAY.
