Hi, does anybody on here use a swim watch to work out their calories burned? Do you eat all of those calories back? I am a bit worried about my swim watch over-estimating my calories burned then me eating too many calories if I eat them back

I do, but my HRM runs high on calorie burns so I enter the number at 50% or half. If I go by MFP's numbers I decrease it by 1/3. Hope that helps.0

Thank you very much! Is there any way to know if it is over-estimating?
