            Nike Training Club app has a couple really good 15-30 min cardio routines.

 If you are asking about the Nike training it depends on weight. I burn 107 calories in 15 minutes. But it will be more or less depending on weightI just took a look at the workout. Do you know approximately how many calories the average person burns...it's quite intense.0

            I have a sort of circuit training workout that I put together last week, I end up breathing quite heavily and sweating pretty good, but no one part of my body is worked too hard with it. I'm still figuring out exactly how/where it will fit into my next few weeks of working out >_>0

            Checked out your YouTube videos and blog, what a great resource! Once upon a time I was very fit but, life and my body seem to have gotten away from me. I have a loooonnngg way to go to be fit again. I love that you are doing your workouts from home without a lot of expensive equipment.
