You can't compare like that.
I bought the P90X2 program, and in it, after you complete the P90X2 program, they recommend adding Insanity Asylum, and provide the method for a 50/50 split of combing P90X2 and Insanity Asylum together. I think they are compatible and work well. Niether is better than the other.0 -
If you don't want to buy weights or anything, insanity is the way to go.0

I've never tried P90X, but I am enjoying Insanity. I love it for the fact that it's as challenging as you want it to be and it doesn't require any equipment. Big plus since I have a tiny apartment and not a lot of cash to buy extra stuff.0
